Product Description

A waterjet Cut Bed is used to support your material while it is precision-eroded by a strong blast of water and garnet abrasive. WAZER cut beds are made with finely-corrugated polypropylene and are strong enough to support a variety of materials during the wet abrasive cutting process. This includes steel, stainless steel, titanium, brass, aluminum, copper, glass, stone, carbon fiber, fiberglass, acrylic, various plastics, ceramic tile, rubber, and more.

The top and bottom surfaces of each cut bed are heat-welded to guarantee a flat workspace, and the 3" x 3" grid pattern is a visual aid to help you adjust your material to match the file placement in your WAZERcam software. One cut bed is rated to 20-40 hours of use (depending on the waterjet model and material being cut) and should be replaced when it no longer provides enough support or fastening points. It is reversible, so both sides can be used for extra longevity. The lifetime estimate assumes both sides are used.
